At HORNE, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain designer furniture and lighting pieces.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team via email or our online portal with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Carefully repack your items in their original factory packaging and include the RMA form; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
Following a thorough inspection of the returned goods at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
